Andalee’s Makeup Vlogging Challenge: Day 3

This is my actual wedding day makeup. ;)

This is my actual wedding day makeup. 😉

For day 3 of the makeup vlogging challenge, I kicked things up a notch. I’ve decided to go more and more dramatic each day to keep things exciting! Check out day 1 here and day 2 here. You can also check out my inspiration from Davina here.

Today started out as a wedding makeup look, because I wanted to use some of the products that I bought especially for my wedding. It turned out a little bit more dramatic than my wedding day makeup did, but I still like the way it looks (I wish I had gotten the eye makeup a little more symmetrical though).

The production quality is hopefully a bit better today. I changed lenses for the third time and I am finally using my mic–I hope the sound quality is a little better. I also tried using still shots of the makeup products to get better images. I hope I can up my lighting game, but I think I am going to have to buy new lights for that. I might not be able to get those before the challenge is over.

Here’s the video:

Here are the products that I used:

Smashbox The Master Class Palette (discontinued): Unavailable

Benefit Cosmetics They’re Real Push-Up Liner (black): Get it at Ulta | Get it at Amazon*

Pixi by Petra Bronzer (Summertime): Get it at Amazon*

NYX Cosmetics Eyebrow Cake Powder (06 Blonde): Get it at Ulta | Get it at Amazon*

Estée Lauder Artist’s Lip Pencil (08 Spice Writer – discontinued):  Unavailable, although their “Spice” lip liner looks similar

Dior Rouge Nude Lip Blush (683 Esquisse): Get it at Sephora | Get it at Amazon*

So check out the video and leave a comment below or feel free to ask me questions. Do you like today’s look? Would you wear it to your wedding? Also, today, I am asking for help finding a dupe for the super pricey Dior lipstick. Got any tips?
